This Week in Wrestling returns to discuss WWE, ROH Global Wars & NJPW Best of the Super Juniors

The World’s Smartest Rasslin Show is broadening its focus once again, for a look at not only WWE, but Ring of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling and more! That’s right…STRAIGHT SHOOT: This Week in Wrestling returns at 7pmET on Thursday, June 6, 2015 with special guests Matthew Timmons, Heather Jeannine & Dustin Spencer!

If you’ve paid attention to STRAIGHT SHOOT NXT coverage in the past, you’re probably familiar with Matthew Timmons. Not only is his a regular face on The World’s Smartest Rasslin Talk Show, but he also writes NXT coverage for JuicMakeSugar.com and runs the wrestling statistics website KayfaberMetrics.com.

If you saw the pilot episode of This Week in Wrestling, you’re already familiar with Dustin Spencer, who is the host of the Getting Networked podcast and one of the biggest NJPW fans that I know. Fittingly, he’ll be joining us to talk about New Japan Pro Wrestling, specifically the just concluded Best of the Super Juniors tournament.

Finally, another TWIW veteran: Heather Jeannine, the co-owner of Running Enzuigiri. Heather has a stunning knowledge of the American independent scene, including Ring of Honor, Evolve and more, but will be joining us this week for the purpose of discussing Monday Night Raw. Excited to get her take on WWE!

I’m really excited about the return of this format, so make sure to RSVP and get those questions in!
