Today is March 16, ie. 3/16, which on account of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s legendary catchphrase, “Austin 3:16,” joins Wednesday’s Pi Day (3/14) and May’s Star Wars Day (“May the fourth be with you”) in the growing calendar of made-up holidays for people on the internet to freak out about. So, in keeping with that, what better way to celebrate than to read an interview with the Texas Rattlesnake himself, conducted by your old pal, Shitterson?

This piece was conducting last year while Austin was working with THQ to promoteWWE All-Stars, so the interview largely focuses around that video game. Still, there’s definitely stuff for wrestling fans in there, as Austin sounds off on CM Punk (prior to the already-legendary “Pipebomb” promo), Bret Hart, The Miz, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and others.
